Checking the stepper motors is quite easy and fast to do: We wish you happy printing!

Once this command is executed the printer stepper motors will lock up for 60 seconds and you should not be able to move the printhead on both the X and Y axes. If the connections are ok the next step is to check the motors. Try moving the printhead on the X and Y axes and see if you can move the printhead; If you can it means the corresponding stepper motor is not working properly, in which case you will have to contact Leapfrog technical support in order to fix the printer.
